To make transporting and planting easier, the Daniels Nursery Landscape crew is available for hire. We offer local delivery service even up to Republic and over to Chatteroy! We can send a crew to plant your trees, assist with your landscape installation, and tree pruning projects. We also provide regular Lawn Maintenance Services. Please call for pricing.
This Homeowner called us because the single tree that covered their full front yard and driveway finally gave up and had to be removed. WOW! It had to have been HUGE. They needed another statement for their yard. They already had a lovely start to the area: stone patio, perennial garden, fruit trees and a rock waterfall feature.
After pruning and cleaning up the overgrown areas, we were able to accentuate the stone patio by creating a tree bed that followed the natural curve of the patio; then, we planted Fraxinus Mancana 3.5” caliper trees for shade and added a section of split rail fence for structure. Just that bit made the patio area more of a feature to enjoy.
Next, we cleaned up the overgrown perennial bed and incorporated it into the tree bed, extending that beautiful curved line to create a welcoming entrance to ”home”.
One of the neatest projects was the unused rock waterfall feature. It was stuck in the yard no longer appealing to the Homeowner.
We dug out a new flowerbed space that included the water feature making it a true focal point.
We installed a variety of plants and barked the area and transformed that unused waterfall into a structure of beauty that looks like it belongs in the landscape.
If you want to freshen up the look of your landscape, try redefining existing beds (or points of interest) by crisping up the edges, enlarging the space to include new plantings, and adding some fresh bark.
To make way for the angle parking in downtown Colville, we were hired to remove the existing trees in the center meridian on Main Street and transplant them up at Vaagen’s Park. The job was a team effort involving the City of Colville Street Department and Daniels Nursery.
Our trees are grown for higher elevations ~ but... really?!
We shipped some Aspen to Seattle to ”landscape” a commercial building project on Capitol Hill.

Daniels Nursery also grows plant material that is excellent for use in reclamation projects and for bank areas to help protect against erosion. Consider Salix, Cornus, Populus Aspen, Celtis, and Syringa for these projects.
